I'm Jess, a seamstress of over 22 years working out of my home in Pingree Grove, IL.

I started sewing around age 11, making pin cushions and dresses for my dolls. By high school was making duffel bags, comforters, and my own dresses! (but don’t ask me to do that now ; ) ) I studied makeup and costume design & construction in college, graduating with a BA in costume/theater design from Columbia College Chicago.

Now I’m a busy Mom, a fitness class instructor, and a part time seamstress.
